This wine is made of around 70% Garnacha Tintorera (aka Alicante Bouschet) and 30% Moravia Agria, and a tiny percentage of old vine Pardillo and young Garnacha. The wine has mouthwatering acidity, grippy tannins, and a palate of earthy dark berries, perfect for food.
