Ugni Blanc grapes and Bacco are subjected to a traditional winemaking process. At the moment this process ends, the armanac is distilled in copper stills double heating, where the alcohol content between 70% and 50% sways. Then, the resulting Armagnac is aged in oak barrels, where it takes on the characteristics of the wood and the alcoholic strength is reduced to 40%.
