Secondary maturation in gingerbread stout casks has imbued this with scents of sweet cereal grain, baking spices, ginger, cocoa, and pear. The palate is well-spiced and mouthwatering with cinnamon, vanilla frosting, and berries; the finish turns darker while deliciously trailing off to dark chocolate and honey.
