The first liqueur made exclusively from the Seven Species of wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranate, olives, and dates.

A neutral grain spirit is made from locally grown soft red winter wheat and two-row barley. Each fruit is macerated with neutral grain spirit and then filtered and combined at specific ratios to create the Righteous Seven final blend.
