El Mero Mero - 'Tepextate' Mezcal (Tepextate | 750ML)

Made from the Tepextate maguey plant, a slow growing species of agave.  It grows patiently on sunny slopes, reaching maturity only after more than 25 years.  Vegetal flavors with additional notes of white pepper, buttered popcorn, umami, salinity, and an oily texture.
